Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your CHISEL order. This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.

Preorders

CHISEL is currently sold as a preorder. Your order is charged when you place it and ships within 30 days. You can cancel a preorder at any point before it is dispatched and we will refund you in full.

Cancelling after delivery

If you are in the UK or EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the order value, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Returns

Items must come back unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund a stick that has been used, unless it is faulty.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed it can take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
