Preorder dispatch

CHISEL is currently sold as a preorder. Orders ship within 30 days of purchase. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

UK delivery

Free on every UK order. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

International

We are UK only while we are in preorder. International delivery opens after launch.

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from Dover, Kent.

Wrong or missing address

Check your address on the order confirmation email. If it is wrong, email us within 24 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you gave us in error.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days after dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
